Whether you have been through a traumatic situation, struggling to manage your substance use, have chronic pain, or want to understand your identity as an LGBTQIA person we can build a recovery plan together.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based. The goal is to develop a collaborative conversation for strengthening your own motivation and commitment to change. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s tailored to each individual’s unique goals, needs, and strengths. I offer a validating, non-judgmental, authentic, and supportive place for people to navigate challenges they are experiencing. I am here to offer a place for people to feel heard, accepted, valued, and respected.
